With E3 fast approaching, publishers are starting to tease announcements prior to the show.
In a tweet on the official Bethesda Twitter account, one of the “Please Stand By” screens is being used to tease something Fallout related.
There’s a lot of speculation swirling around this tweet with one theory leaning towards a 10th anniversary edition of Fallout 3. Other possibilities could be a sequel to New Vegas, a Switch port of Fallout 4, or a new mobile game. An expansion on Fallout Shelter is a possibility too.
A new edition of Fallout 3 wouldn’t be surprising for Bethesda since they’ve already ported Skyrim to the current generation of consoles and VR headsets.
Some may think it’s Fallout 5, but Bethesda seems to switch between the Fallout and Elder Scrolls franchises and they’ve already begun on Elder Scrolls 6.
E3 is coming up and we’ll hopefully know what this means during Bethesda’s E3 conference on Sunday, June 10th at 6:30PT.
